I have enjoyed the cuisine at La Girolata many times and they have always provided a superb dining experience in each category. The menu is very varied, Barranquilla is on the coast and you will find many of your favorite Italian seafood dishes. If there is a dish I am not on the menu, they can add it, which will be a small beef Osso Buco with saffron or orzo stew, or corn porridge and some broccolini cooked garlic and oil. Especially worth mentioning is the waiter of Alberys. He was one of his “service games” - very professional, outgoing. The best compliment I can give is: every time I am in Barranquilla, I will keep going and I look forward to the next return.
